Taejin (Tae/hyung (V's real name) and Jin) is the friendship pairing between Jin and V.

Jin and V are very close, as both can be a bit immature and playful, so they get on well together. After their fight shown in BTS: Burn The Stage, they became more playful on the stage.

- V wants Jin to see him as Dongsaeng (younger peer) number one.
- Jin's most memorable experience in their dorm was "taking a shower with V".
