Most Beautiful Moment in Life Trilogy[1] or Youth Trilogy[2] (화양연화 or 花様年華; also known as Hwa Yang Yeon Hwa Trilogy/Series or HYYH Trilogy/Series) is the second era of BTS's career. It started on April 17, 2015 with "The Most Beautiful Moment in Life" comeback trailer by Suga and officially finished on April 19, 2016 with the "Epilogue: Young Forever" music video. Meanwhile in Japan, starting on June 4, 2015 with "For You" music video and officially finished on September 7, 2016 with their second Japanese studio album Youth. All the content released in this era of albums and short films have the concept of "an adrift youth".[2]
This era is the second part of BTS Chronicle, Reflection of Youth[2] and is connected to the following three eras through the fictional BTS Universe.

The Most Beautiful Moment in Life Pt.1 (April 2015)

It is the "Part 1" of the series and BTS' third mini album with the comeback trailer and intro "The Most Beautiful Moment in Life" by Suga. The mini album is about how youth is tiring and difficult, and it feels like you're always be on the edge.[3]
화양연화 on stage : prologue (October 2015)
The "Prologue" of the series is a short film promoting the The Most Beautiful Moment in Life On Stage tour.
The Most Beautiful Moment in Life Pt.2 (November 2015)

It is the "Part 2" of the series and BTS' fourth mini album with the comeback trailer and intro "Never Mind" by RM, Suga and J-Hope. The mini album have a more adventurous and daring feel to it.[3]
The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: Young Forever (May 2016)

It is the "Epilogue" of the series and BTS' first compilation album. The compilation album concludes their trilogy with a bang, their high-energy title track "Fire".[4]
