Butter (also known as Butter / Permission to Dance) is the second single album by BTS. It was released on July 9, 2021.
The album was the best-selling album of 2021 in South Korea.[1] This album is currently the sixth best-selling album on South Korea of all time.[2]
As 2022, the album has sold 3,138,148 copies only in South Korea.[3][4] It was certified Platinum for selling more than 250,000 copies by the RIAJ in July 2021.[5]
